Terms & Conditions:
1. Winners must be over 18, and no friends that attend can be under 18. If for any reason Sexy Cottages has any doubt, proof of age will be required for one or more of the group. 2. Only one entry to the competition per person or couple.
3. Only one stay per person under this prize draw. If for any reason a person or couple falsely enter the competition, and win more than once they will be refused entrance to the cottage.
3. Winners will be notified by email. They will be asked to confirm their password, name and address for verification (our privacy policy applies). Once this is done we pass on their email address to Sexy Cottages with their permission. They will then organise their visit directly with Sexy Cottages.
4. Winners will have all the normal responsibilities as with any normal holiday let. Swinging 4 Pleasure will not take any responsibility for the property or contents during winners stay. This will be solely down to the winners. Any damage, loss etc will be down to the visiting party.

10. If prizes are not claimed after 6 weeks after notification, prize claims will be invalid. Therefore ensure your email is up to date.
